Privacy Policy

ClaimWapas collects the health insurance documents you upload (rejection letter, policy, discharge summary and anything else you add), your phone number, and the details you enter for your complaint letters.

We use this only to give you a verdict on your claim and, if you pay, to generate your complaint kit. Documents are processed by our secure AI engine (Google Gemini) and stored with Cloudinary. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Reminders are sent via WhatsApp.

We keep your original documents for a limited time after your case closes and then delete them automatically. You can delete your case or your account at any time from your account settings; this permanently deletes your documents and data.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone except the providers named above and, if you ask us to, an insurance expert reviewing your case.
